Buckinghamshire Business Hotels

"The main house looks lovely but don’t be fooled. First room in the Waterhouse was a disaster the stench was awful! Mould and damp. Room was swapped but not much better, dirty and damage to the walls. The staff are just rude and unhelpful. Asked where breakfast was, directed to the main house. Stood for 10 mins being ignored by staff so approached a lady and asked, got barked at ‘we open at 7:30!’ Ok no one informed me and only asked if I could get a coffee as there was nowhere else to have one...

"The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Although the hotel was a bit of a rabbit warren the staff helped until we got our bearings."
