"Colonial Inn is a hidden gem. It’s about a minute off of the highway, so it’s very easy access. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The staff was nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I love how quiet it was. Bonus points for being very affordable. Will definitely stay again."

"This hotel is a true gem. Tucked away in a quiet spot, with a shopping center and restaurants nearby. Conveniently located to explore the area from Newport, RI to Cape Cod. Our room was spacious and comfortable; breakfast was better than most, with hot and cold options that slightly varied from day to day. Staff was nothing but nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Our room was spacious with lots of natural light, which we loved. "My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice now and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect—close to everything but still feels private and relaxing. Our room was spotless and cozy, and the heart-shaped jacuzzi is such a fun, romantic touch. The attached bar is a huge bonus.
