This place was, for lack of a better word, a dump. Honestly, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Stinky, unsanitary rooms, questionable housekeeping, broken furniture, dirty appliances, collapsing drop ceiling tiles, peeling wallpaper, gross stained carpet, back breaking mattresses, and staff that couldn’t care less.
Upon arrival our room featured stale cigarette and weed smell. First person we spoke to at the front desk apologized but wasn’t able to offer any solution. Told us it must’ve been our neighbors but they can’t force people to follow the rules. Offered to have maintenance go in and do an ozone treatment of sort the next day while we were off property. I suspect that did not happen as our room still smelled when we returned. We requested a new room, and while folks on duty were reluctant to accommodate this, they did put us in a different room. They did not offer an apology for the inconvenience.
Next room was slightly better, but still very dumpy. Collapsing ceiling tiles, dirty microwave and mini fridge, broken TV. Randomly at around10:30p the whole room started smelling like burning incense? (Like, honestly WHY?!) it kept me awake for quite a while. I’ve never been so happy to be home and able to sleep in my own bed tonight.
Idk. I’m not normally a complainer, but this was so bad it warrants a warning to future unsuspecting prospective bookings. Stay away! It’s gross here.
