"We stayed for 2 nights and could have stayed longer. Our only criticism is the lobby cafe the food was not good and the coffee was not drinkable. The staff were friendly and helpful but there were only 2 on and a queue. Star needs to staff this area better particularly in the morning when people want coffee and improve the quality of coffee"

"Very happy with our stay, staff members at Reception and Concierge were very friendly and helpful. We requested for early check in with paying abit extra to upgrade room as our flight arrived very early and reception staff was helpful to assist with our request. The bedroom was very spacious with great views of Brisbane city and looks newly renovated.
