"Great Hotel to stay. Staff was very helpful, cordial and they all spoke English which helped us a lot. During our stay we had planned a tour of Rio and it turned out to be a rainny day. The staff offered us a couple of ponchos for our tour. Excellente place to stay. Breakfast was excellent also."

"This hotel does not allow visitors so if you book a king bed and say 1 traveler they will charge you more just to bring your friends up to your room or meet for drinks at the rooftop. Wi-Fi never worked. Staff is not helpful. Rooms are very very small - very"

"I booked a ocean view room but when I arrived the hotel staff provide me a handicap room on the third floor with no view to the ocean; I complained and the changed me to another room on the same floor with view to the bar and pool ... I had complained and finally got the room I paid for. Also, every single morning out of the 5 days the maintenance crew was banging and using electrical tools - I complained but no solution was offered. The area where they serve breakfast was under maintenance also...

"We absolutely loved the view from the rooftop. The hotel is right across the street from the beach and walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel was so clean and the staff were friendly. We would love to stay at Orla again."

"Nice hotel, pleasant helpful staff at check in. Comfy bed, good breakfast, nice pool area with great views. My only issue was the windows in our room were so dirty it ruined the amazing view, which was the rooms selling point."
