Overall, the location is excellent and was definitely the biggest strength of this property. It was convenient and made it easy to get around the city. That said, my stay was disappointing in several ways. While the room itself appeared to be cleaned, the property feels very worn. The hallways and rooms have numerous scuff marks and signs of heavy use, which made the hotel feel less clean than it probably was. The towels had stains, and although the sheets were freshly laundered, they also looked old and worn, which didn't create a good impression. Another frustration was that we did not receive the room type we had originally booked, so we were missing amenities such as the microwave that we had expected. The check-in process also needs improvement. The hotel encourages guests to use an app and QR code for check-in, but in practice it was slower and less intuitive than simply checking in with the front desk staff. Communication before arrival was good, but once I arrived it became clear that information from the central office had not been communicated effectively to the local team, which created unnecessary confusion. Overall, I think the concept of this hotel is good, and the location is outstanding. However, the property would benefit from better maintenance, more consistent communication, and a smoother check-in process. Because of these issues, I personally would not choose to stay at this location again.

The hotel is well located and the room is okay for the price you pay. The problem is the receptionists, not well trained and often rude and even arrogant. I stayed there for almost a month and followed all the rules but one of the receptionist “warned” one of my guests, who was just visiting if He stayed after 10Pm He would be “removed” from the room. The receptionist really used this sort of language without even letting me know. My friend arrived in the room very startled with this uncomfortable treatment. I really hope this hotel management learn how to treat their guests better. I was staying by myself and never caused any trouble to get this sort of unnecessary situation. Be aware this is not a hotel, they think they re a flat or something like that with very strict rules. I ll never stay there again if I need a long term place as they don’t treat people nicely!!

Maravilhoso apartamento, limpeza perfeita, localização excelente ( ao lado da casa das rosas e em frente ao Shooping Pátio São Paulo, tem o que precisa no próprio estabelecimento para lanches e refeição rápida. Bem seguro. Ainda podemos deixar as bagagens por algumas horas, após término da diária. Pessoal da recepção e da limpeza muito gentis. Voltarei a me hospedar em retorno a SP.

Nossa experiência foi excelente! O apartamento tem um design moderno, com aquele aspecto de tudo novo, limpo e muito bem organizado. Nada com aparência envelhecida. Ficamos em dois adultos e duas crianças, e gostei muito da atenção aos detalhes: havia exatamente quatro de tudo (copos, xícaras, pratos, talheres etc.), o que facilitou bastante a nossa estadia. Outro diferencial é que tudo funciona de forma digital pelo aplicativo. Eles disponibilizam panelas, secadores, e outras para locação, sendo que as primeiras 24 horas são gratuitas. Basta solicitar pelo aplicativo, retirar no armário inteligente e devolver dentro do prazo. Depois desse período, a taxa é de R$ 10 por dia. O apartamento também conta com micro-ondas e fogão por indução, o que facilita bastante para quem deseja preparar refeições e economizar. O sofá-cama também é muito confortável. Inclusive, eu só descobri no último dia que bastava abri-lo corretamente para ele virar uma cama! Mesmo usando da forma errada, foi confortável. Há ainda um mini mercado dentro do prédio para emergências. Os preços são um pouco mais altos que os do supermercado (por exemplo, um miojo custa cerca de R$ 5), mas quebra um galho quando precisamos de alguma coisa rapidamente. A localização é excelente, na Avenida Paulista, com fácil acesso a shoppings, mercados e ao Parque Cultural Paulista e metrô.Dá para fazer muita coisa a pé. As atendentes também foram muito atenciosas e prestativas durante toda a estadia. Amei. Super recomendo.

Gostei muito da acomodação. Cama confortável, espaço limpo e agradável. Tudo muito prático. Reservei o quarto quádruplo, o qual constava com 2 ambientes que se interligavam por uma porta. Havia somente frigobar, senti a necessidade tbm de um microondas. Tirando isso, indico a acomodação.
