"There were mosquitoes in my room. I told management twice & twice they said someone was going to spray the room. I had daily bites. I sprayed mosquito repellent every night around the bed to keep them from biting me but was still bitten."

"For a luxury hotel, I wasn’t as impressed. The room was very dated and not super clean. Bathroom had mold. The pictures k line definitely make it look nicer. Food was fine. Nothing special. Pool upstairs has a nice view but was small. Chairs were super uncomfortable to lay out on. Good location though and breakfast had plenty of fresh options."
