"Hotel leaves a lot to be desired, lots of areas for improvement: small stuffy rooms, AC barely working, moldy showers, flat pillows, fruit flies in the washroom, very musty rooms and stained yellow spot on towels. Definitely not a 5 star experience, very disappointed. Staff is nice but that’s about it. Long way from where it needs to be from a Hilton standard."

"Rooms need more help on the cleaning, the staff was ok, nothing extra. Breakfast was simple, same thing every single day. Room was smaller than pictured. Bathroom had some mold showing."

"if staff matters to you, then this hotel is for you. Everyone, and i mean every single worker there was amazing. Everyone is so kind and have a smile on their faces. They are always willing to make your stay better. There was always someone at the reception and at the door for safety. The room was well kept every day. The dinner served at the hotel restaurant was however deceiving. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel was located in a great area
Accessible to restaurants, shopping etc
Our room was a little out dated
The bathroom was very dark, the towels were very very old, had holes on it
The sheets were also old
First day we needed to ask for soap in the shower, the light at the entrance was not working
We told the housekeeper and they took care of the problem
My friend’s room was very nice, the bathroom very nice, not dark as mine
Her sheets very nice also, new
A little disappointed because...
