It was very peaceful to wake up and hear the birds, know the neighborhood was safe enough for my son to wander around and explore nature and the picnic table. "We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning....

It is a beautiful lake home property & they have everything you need in the kitchen & a grill for cooking meals, which was important since we weren’t going to do daily runs into town to eat at restaurants.
