"There is no “front desk” just the property manager and they do not answer any calls from you or hotels.com. I had to call them constantly for twenty minutes just to get into the house because they didn’t send any email with information on how to do that. There was no hot water for showers and the bathroom upstairs leaked into the bottom room which my group stayed in. We have been requesting a refund for a second night stay because we left and they won’t answer the phone from anyone. There was a...

"Interior is very tatty and cheaply done. The plug in the bath didn't work all floors were peeling and lifting even in the bathroom and overall everything looked old and grubby. Very pleased we only stayed for one night"

"The Nest is a great self-contained, first floor, two-room apartment (kitchen-living and bedroom-bathroom). It has been decorated and fitted out with modern and comfortable fixtures and fittings and is warm, quiet and spotlessly clean. The welcome tray of a few little treats, tea, coffee and milk in the fridge was a nice touch too. I'll certainly book again!"
