"Al parecer este hotel se mantiene abierto en invierno para alojar a una docena de trabajadores de empresas extranjeras con sede en Bilbao. Mi consejo es que no admitan resrvas si no pueden dar el servicio que requiere un hotel de 4 estrellas, como por ejemplo la calefacción en plena navidad ( mi habitacion estaba a 17 grados a las 11 de la noche cuando volví de pasar la tarde en Bilbao).Produce impresion ver al recepcionista con chaqueta y bufanda, pero es imprescindible llevarlo incluso en...

"Location was perfect for us - on the river right next to the Old Town. Everything was walkable for us. Room was more spacious than expected and was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast at under 10€ was a bargain."
