"A nice hotel on the edge of town right next to a lake. There is an excellent restaurant adjacent to the hotel and a coffee shop, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The complimentary continental breakfast was sufficient for our needs with choices of hot drinks, juices, toast, bagels, cereals, muffins, Danish pastries and boiled eggs. The 24hr Kurig coffee machine is a great idea."

"Staff was great. Let me set a late check out. I was in town for my 40th high school reunion. A lot of my classmates stayed here we were able to hang out in the lobby for breakfast catch up. It was convenient to where our schools located. It was convenient to shopping and food in the highway clean amenities were exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again."

"This was my first time ever going to Laconia and it was a weekend away for myself and my 23 year old daughter. We were going to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion and wanted to be close to the venue and make it a nice weekend away. This establishment is adorable and the staff is over the top friendly and very helpful. The room was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. I will absolutely be going again!! "It was super sketchy looking when we pulled up. Checked in and the lobby smelled, parked car around back and it was a bit scary. Walked into room that didnt feel safe, place smelled. The bathtub was old blue and dirty. The beds had large pivots in them, I was scared to use blacklist on bedding. My daughter didnt want to spend night as it was disgusting and she didn't feel safe. We didn't go back, drive home 3 hours instead. They would not refund me any money, not even a call back. $175...

"I like that the property was at the end of the road and was quiet, even though it was next to the highway. It was next to a McDonald’s and close to gas station and the outlets. They are under construction because they are remodeling part of the hotel but the part we were in was clean great location if you’re going to the pavilion for a concert."
