"If you're passing through and just need to sleep, okay. While I was only there 1 night, the room made my eyes and nose sting slightly. Yes, the place is historic, but really needs serious maintenance. Someone also tried the door handle in the middle of the night. "

"Nice place on the lake with a private park / clubhouse across the road on the lakeside. Nice rooms and comfortable beds, breakfast was good and the staff are great! "

"The rooms were clean but were starting to show signs of age. The bed would squeak and the mattress would sink in the middle. There was a fly in the room, which took forever to get it out. I thought the decor was nice. The concept is of Airbnb rooms but within a hotel. There’s no onsite front desk but there’s daily maintenance it seems. The living room lodge is cozy, the free cocoa/coffee was great, and the game room/pool was nice. Overall, it was a great value and would gladly return. "

"The front desk worker was very warm and friendly gave us a quick run down of the inn. The room was very clean and cute. The bar was full with cookies, drinks, fruits, and pastry’s. Overall great experience! "

"Definitely more of a motel than a hotel. Older rooms and decor. I did not use any amenities or even eat breakfast. I was on the first floor surrounded by a very large group of families with small children. Children were running, screaming and crying the entire stay. One child cried at the top of their lungs from the time I got there until I left. I complained at the front desk but they were fully booked and would not speak to any of the families. We were a group of parents of Cornell softball...

"Room was clean and the staff friendly. Had an issue in our room with something making a really loud noise repeatedly. There was no way we would be able to sleep through it. Requested a new room, had to send the manager a video of the noise, which was fine. The room that were moved to was the next room over. We were told there were zero other rooms as they were completely booked. On a Wednesday. I do not believe that was true. During our stay, we heard 2 other people in the hallway and...
