"Beautiful porch, overlooking the north end of the beach, with tables & chairs for guests. Two buildings, we stayed in the back 3 floor walk up. The rooms were clean & well kept with balcony & chairs outside your door. Motel staff was friendly & helpful. We will return."

"Had a awesome ocean front room with the balcony!
Room was clean and the staff are great!
I've been staying at The Hampton House Hotel for the last 6 years and I'll be looking forward to my next stay!

"This was the worst hotel I ever made a reservation in. No handicap excessable anything. Grounds and stairway were filthy. I did not stay there. I am trying to get my money back. Right now I would never recommend the hotel to anyone. If I do not get my refund back because I did not stay there. I notified the hotel that I was not staying there and they told me to contact Expedia. I have now appealed to my credit card company."

"We booked this property to attend 2026 Laconia Bike Week. We were so disappointed with our room that we checked out early.
Neither the front door to our room nor the windows closed completely; gaps allowed light, heat, and noise into the room.
We found old, half-empty beer cans in our room upon arrival.
Room-darkening drapes were missing. There were 2 sets of drape empty drape tracks with pull strings. Horizontal window blinds did not even fit the windows.

"Non smoking rooms smelled like someone smoke there. I asked for a coffee at 9:15 and was told coffee is only available until 9. AC in one room had no remote."
