"The staff was absolutely wonderful. We did not have hot water for a day or two (happens often on the island) and when we notified the staff, they were immediately responsive. Zero complaints about the hospitality overall. If you are looking for 5 star quality accommodations, you may be disappointed, but this is no shade on this operation. "The location was perfect, very close to Tropic Air airport. The staff was allways helpful and friendly. My only small issue was that it was the season for the Sea moss/seagassus and so we couldn't bathe in the beach in front of the hotel. We had to travel further up the beach until we found one that had ver few Seagassus to bathe in.
