"Service was excellent and the garden facing twin queen bed room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location and plenty of on and off street parking. You can walk down to the lake in five minutes. The cleaning staff stood out as friendly and professional. Great place to stay in Rotorua"

"We really enjoyed our short stay. Everything we needed was on hand. Lovely short walk to the waters edge. Only mildly annoying thing was the clomping of the boots on the floor above in the morning. Fortunately we rose early but it was an intrusion on our otherwise peaceful stay.
We will return we we come to Tauranga next. Thanks. "
