"the property was too old. No shower ,soap n shampoo provide .Bad smell inside property.No water supply in the morning. cant even blush my teeth. I need to make breakfast n rush to Rotorua for hot pool, now i hv to eat outside,pay extra,but cant get in the hot pool as im late. pls make a refund ."

"The room had everything you need although all the things were fairly dated. It was functional and clean but i think the pricepoint is a little high for the winter season, closed attractions etc. Good enough tho, thankyou!"
