"We traveled from the USA and this was our first stop. We loved it! Yes your patio smells like sulfur sometimes, but that’s to be expected when staying right next to the active geothermal lake. They were very helpful and responsive to all our questions/requests. The breakfast had a great variety and the quality of food, juice, and drinks was truly surprising.
The room was very clean, the parking was very convenient."

"A beautiful and tranquil location on Lake Rotoiti. The location is serene and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We hope to visit again another trip. The manager on duty recommended the nearby Okere Falls Cafe for a GF breakfast and it was delicious and a great start to exploring the amazing local landscape. "

"The room itself was a large space but the property is very dated and tired. It did not reflect the photos in the listing. We did enjoy the spa and pool. We would of been very disappointed if we'd paid full price. A 3 star property at best in a 5 star location.
