"Rooms clean but a bit dusty. Walking barefoot isn’t as one might expect. AC in first room not working at all. It was a sauna in the summer. Moved to second room and AC worked but not well. Cooled to about 80F. Breakfast excellent. Design excellent. Staff excellent. Convenience excellent."

"Fab hotel, very near the train station, comfy beds, great breakfast. No Aircon and our room was roasting, they'd given us a fab but it was weak and there was a ceiling fan. Absolutely lovely hotel though, with nice staff."

"Die Lage ist gut. U-Bahn fußläufig in 10 min zu erreichen. Die Zimmer haben keine Minibar, was bei den Temperaturen sinnvoll wäre, um Getränke für die Nacht zu kühlen. Die Preise für die Tiefgarage sind völlig überzogen, für eine Nacht 29€. Beim Frühstück herrscht das absolute Chaos. Menschen über Menschen für die kleine Büffetzeile und die paar Sitzgelegenheiten (wir haben eine eher frühe und eine eher späte Zeit ausprobiert. Beides chaotisch."

"A really good sized room for a family with 1 child. The pool and spa area were great. We really appreciated being able to check in early. Food options were a little limited as only elite members can eat in the main restaurant- the staff in Champions were wonderful especially the Irish lady who went above and beyond for our daughter. A quiet neighbourhood with not a lot nearby but good public transport links"

"Wir haben am 28.07.2026 eingecheckt. Leider war der Empfang an der Rezeption kein guter Start in unseren Urlaub. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich. Da wir unseren Urlaub entspannt und ohne Diskussionen genießen wollten, haben wir dies während unseres Aufenthalts nicht bei der Hotelleitung angesprochen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Zimmer.
