"Wonderful place."

"Eine tolle Unterkunft vor den Toren von München. Das Hotel bietet ein tolles Ambiente und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Zimmer sind stylisch und es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Dachterrasse mit Blick über München. Bei gutem Wetter konnten wir sogar die Alpen sehen. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. "Wonderful and cheerful team"

"Located near the main train station, thus not the best area, but safe and walking distance to the old town. Hotel itself is great, but the staff and management were even better, very caring and accommodative when we had a maintenance issue with the plumbing."

"Our experience at Cocoon Hotel was disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we got there at 1:00 PM, there were more than 15 people waiting in the lobby, which is quite small. None of the staff even bothered to greet guests or provide any information. A simple acknowledgment or update about the possibility of early check-in would have gone a long way. Sie setzen alles daran, die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen, damit diese sich wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, besonders hervorzuheben ist der Kaffee. "I'll start with the good - location is wonderful. H2 sits within 20 ft of the underground train. The daily breakfast is substantial and goes from 630-11 so even sleeping late allows for getting in this meal. The price is also good if everything works as it should. Now for the misses - rooms are basically without air conditioning. We called maintainence and he used a ladder to "feel" the air and said it was working as it is supposed to.
