"Al parecer este hotel se mantiene abierto en invierno para alojar a una docena de trabajadores de empresas extranjeras con sede en Bilbao. Mi consejo es que no admitan resrvas si no pueden dar el servicio que requiere un hotel de 4 estrellas, como por ejemplo la calefacción en plena navidad ( mi habitacion estaba a 17 grados a las 11 de la noche cuando volví de pasar la tarde en Bilbao).Produce impresion ver al recepcionista con chaqueta y bufanda, pero es imprescindible llevarlo incluso en...
