too expensive

Far away and too expensive for a one star hotel. Two night, two breakfast and one dinner more than $500 at that price is difficult to come back

Never again

Our room overlooked a noisy busy main road and there was a railway line behind the hotel. There was no air conditioning in our room. We were told the bar would not open until 8.30. We couldn't book a table in the restaurant because a coach party was booked in but if there was room they would try to fit us in. There were no alternatives within walking distance. The photos of the hotel are very misleading. I wouldn't be surprised if they had been photo-shopped!

Una experiencia para olvidar. Nos sentimos estafados. Ruido en la habitación, frío, limpieza nula y lo de las bañeras y la piscina de aguas termales, de risa! Agua fría también en la ducha de la habitación. Solo queríamos salir de ahí y olvidar este lugar.

Para ser de una ⭐ está muy bien. Todos muy amables y pendientes de todo. Faltaría un poco de mantenimiento en general. Mi nota, un 8.

Bueno pues del sitio tengo q decir q es precioso el parque q tienen el edificio pues si pintaran la fachada estaría mucho mejor luego los desayunos las comidas y cenas no están mal ahora las habitaciones dejan mucho por que desear lo primero no hay mosquiteras y si abres la ventana para q no te ases de calor(ya q no hay aire acondicionado eso si un ventilador y gracias a él se podía dormir) se llenan la habitación de moscas mosquitos q sales acribillado de picotazos y la limpieza en los 5 días hemos estado solo han estirado la cama y limpiar deprisa el wc. Por otro lado te dicen q puede llevar a tu perro bien pues te cobran 8€y no te dan nada pa el animal ni cama ni agua nada de nada en fin para ser un balneario deja mucho q desear.

Un lugar perfecto para escapar

El hotel - balneario está ubicado en un sitio precioso. Es un poco viejillo, pero tiene solera y se ve que están dándole una vuelta. Las bañeras necesitan un lavado de cara, pero la relación calidad-precio es buena. El personal es agradable (quizá un pelín justos de personal) y la comida casera muy rica. Me parece que los horarios del restaurante y bar son un poco limitados, porque cierran a las 22:00-22:30 y a veces no es suficiente. Crítica constructiva: las chicas de la limpieza son un poco ruidosas a las 8:15 de la mañana... teniendo en cuenta que es un lugar de descanso, deberían mejorar un poco este tema.

Mi peor experiencia como huesped el Wifi no existe no funciona use mis datos y pague mas de 1,000 euros, no hay clima la limpieza pésima solo 1 vez la hicieron y mal solo porque no habia mas opciones tuve que quedarme ahi cero recomendable

Nefasto

Check in nefasto. Nos dieron la habitación sin hacer. Más de media hora de espera para poder instalarnos. Personal de limpieza muy ruidoso a la hora de la siesta haciendo la planta en la cual estábamos. No se podía descansar. Habitación y baño sin ventilar ni acondicionar, exceso de calor. Baño peligroso con un escalón para su acceso. Ducha igual de peligrosa. Muy buena comida. No lo recomiendo.

Horrible

Horrible, sale, vétuste. Les installations sont d'un autre temps, le ménage n'est pas fait dans les chambres (ni dans les parties communes). Refus du personnel de nettoyer malgré notre demande. Ascenseur en panne, balneo ignoble et hors d'âge. Loin de toutes commodités. Attention à ne pas ramener les mittes et autres insectes qui pullulent ici.

Right in the sticks but if you are travelling with pets it is good as dogs can exercise in the grounds . Has a basement pool which is good and can also take massage there . Restaurant does a set lunch and dinner for 12 euros . Staff friendly and welcoming

Me gustó el trato del personal en general muy bueno. No me gustó la habitación que nos dieron la primera noche, me parece pequeña, no tenía televisión y el hinodoro perdía agua, como hacía ruido nos cambiaron a otra habitación, de tamaño igual, tenía televisión.
