"Excellent stay"

"Arrived early but was able to check in as room was being cleaned and after welcome drinks was able to get in room,staff at front desk were very friendly as travel passers were all sorted so we were good to go.room was very spacious very good shower,breakfast was excellent with a good selection.Hotel was in a great location near city centre but a quiet location ,near airport and train station and transport."

"I arrived very early, ready to ask if I could store my luggage until my room was ready, when I was handed the key to my room. I understand this doesn’t always happen, but it was great to get to my room a couple of hours early. My room was lovely with a view of the church. "The design of the hotel rooms was uncomfortable, no space to put anything, you could hit your head where you put your luggage. If you were not careful, the room was so hot. We had to wait five hours for the room to cool down and could not sleep. Modern, yes,, comfortable NO! "

"Booked a room for two adults and one child. When we got to our room, the sofa bed was not made, found a spare duvet and pillow in the cupboard but no sheet. My son just used the duvet to wrap himself. The next day, our room was cleaned, bed was made, but not the sofa bed. We should probably have asked for the sheet but as we were only there for three nights, we didn’t bother. We just took the duvet cover for my son to use it as a sheet. "Check in was nice and easy, reception staff were friendly. Really liked that rather than a key for rooms there is a code given to unlock the door. "

"A lovely hotel very (easy walk with bags) close to the railway station and tram stops. Walkable to old town (10-15 minutes) and a good breakfast. The room was modern with the refrigerator stocked with some soft drinks, juice, beer and Prosecco included. Extremely helpful staff who made us dinner recommendations and reservations at a local restaurant 5 minutes from the hotel door. A nice grocery store was also next door where we purchased salads and sandwiches. Would stay again. "

"Ottima posizione, mezzi pubblici raggiungibili in pochi minuti, stanze grandi e confortevoli. Personale gentile e per nulla invadente. Pulizie e cambio asciugamani ok. Unico problema il rumore del tram proprio sotto le finestre, basta tenerle chiuse e si sente poco. Hotel molto consigliato nel complesso."
