Aber dank der Basel-Card (mit einigen Ermäßigungen auf Sehenswürdigkeiten und kostenlosem Nahverkehr), die man beim Check In bekommt, ist man mit der nahegelegenen Straßenbahn schnell im Zentrum. Das Frühstück ist gut und die große Tiefgarage ist praktisch für Autofahrer. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 10. Stock mit phantastischem Blick auf die Stadt. Perfekt wäre es gewesen wenn das Duschgel nicht aus gewesen und ein Glas oder...

"Very well kept and extremely well located hotel, adjacent to the convention centre, so its purpose is obvious. The rooms are nice and clean, the bathrooms are modern and well designed. The gym is large and fairly well equipped. The staff is super friendly and efficient. A go-to place for those attending a meeting at the congress centre, and even for non business tourists."

"Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel in central Basel. Excellent service. We arrived late at night and most restaurants nearby close at 10pm but the hotel bar served light meals and drinks until 11pm. Slept really well and breakfast included everything on our list. The only thing that might cause problems is that the trams stop outside the hotel. Those who are light sleepers may want to book a room toward the other side. In summary, this hotel is a bit pricey but definitely worth it."

"Everything perfect for the price. Very clean. I only gave it a four star because there is no hairdryer and hair shampoo separate from body wash. Check in process was a little long. There was a receptionist in training, which I don’t mind. However I think because there seem to be so many steps on their side to go through (it was even difficult for them to find my reservation), they will never be really fast. My conclusion is that this is a system problem not a personnel issue."

"Basic hotel in Basel that is perfect for a one night stay. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful and the free Basel Card gives you public transport and tourist reductions. My room was modern and seemed newly renovated. However in these days of climate change air conditioning is required. An electric fan doesn't quite cut it!"
