"The Rivage is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was exceptional in our experience. The hot tub could be hotter. The location was very near a bus stop for ventures into the old town. Very close to a favourite restaurant of ours."

"Everything’s good "

"El hotel superó la expectativas, trato muy amigable, muy buenas instalaciones, excelente ubicación."

"I liked that the property was so close to train station and a few restaurants. It made getting to my morning bus very convenient. Once I moved to an interior room the noise from the room on the street, entirely diminished and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, warm and helpful which made my stay more enjoyable. I wish there had been a fridge in the room, and a common lounge area."

"The hotel was perfect for us. Beautiful location. Close to Norte Dame Cathedral and Roman Amphitheater ruins. When you want to go to Old Town for shopping or great restaurants it’s a short ride down the hill on the Furnicular. Easy Peazy. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel is historical and beautiful. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends."

"I thought the front desk staff were very helpful. The rooms were nice with a great view of the mountains. I liked that there was water in the lobby and tons of books and places to sit in the lobby. We didn't eat at the restaurant but appreciated how close the hotel was to the bus stop and the gondola ride (next door). We also easily walked to the train station and then into the Chamonix center."

"Great upbeat place with good music and very functional boarding"

"Good breakfast. Soft bed, Small room, of course. However the sink is ridiculously small, couldn't wash your hands without a mess. The sinks should all be replaced."

"The property felt safe for me as a solo traveller and was well situated for all the sights, bars and restaurants, and public transport."

"Bel hôtel situé tout près d’un metro, ce qui est utile. Le rapport qualité prix est très bien. Le rooftop est superbe. Petit bémol, le bar/restaurant est fermé le dimanche soir a tenir compte dans notre organisation car plusieurs commerces et restaurants fermes le dimanche."

"Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Safe parking. Breakfast was basic but good."

"Great hotel with lovely friendly staff. Very nice location just by the canal. Our room had a terrace which looked right onto it. Very close to old town and not far from the train station. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was great- near the train station and huge shopping area. The room was spacious and appeared to be updated recently-nicely decorated. The kitchenette was fully stocked with cookware, new refrigerator and dishwasher. I would definitely choose this Aparthotel again."
