"We loved the medieval elements of the lobby and the views out of our room overlooking the garden. The staff was wonderful - kudos to Maxim our porter and the friendly young lady at the desk - both were so helpful and welcoming. Our stay was lovely and relaxing - we especially liked walking the quiet streets at night."

"Our room was clean and warm, bedding spotless and toilet and bathroom were clean, didn't use much within the kitchen facilities, but it had eveything to self cater. Deco is a little dark and a little depressing, would look cheary with white walls, but it's acceptable. Nice swimming pool, very quiet, good sleeps! If you want peace and quiet, this would be suitable. Plenty parking and it is only 10 minutes to walk to the Medival City "

"Beautiful grounds, safe, secure parking. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and linens. Superb views. Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed walking the trails on the grounds with our dog. Enjoyed a lovely dinner at the restaurant one evening. The breakfasts were very hearty with a variety of items to choose from. Wonderful value with a luxurious feel."

"This is primarily an assisted living facility. The entrance was locked before we arrived and it was necessary to call security to let us in. No one spoke English. Breakfast was available for the residents but not for the guests as was dinner. There were no local restaurants except for a pizza takeout across the street. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The location is a ten minute walk from the medieval city walls. "
