"We visited Auckland for my birthday. On arrival I asked for an upgrade. Although the hotel was busy, we were offered a suite for an extra $80 per night. We grabbed the deal and the suite was perfect for our 2 night stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thankyou so much for making our stay special. 😃😉"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Close to Queen Street, skytower the waterfront. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower could do with a little more water pressure and there were a few broken tiles that need replacing but other than that thr room was great. We had dinner amd breakfast at the restaurant and both were very tasty and enjoyable."

"The front desk was attentive when I asked for the kettle to be changed out. It was very useful to have access to laundry facilities for free if you do not have them in your room, you just need your own detergent or can ask staff to provide (not sure if they ask for a fee for that). Staff were friendly and I loved the room. The breakfast was fine, but perhaps could do with more variety as the days I went there it was the same each time. Maybe a buffet dinner as an option for one free meal each...

"We had a great time in the Heritage Hotel, stayed at the deluxe suite which was quite a spacious and homey room. Used amenities such as the pool and spa which was easy to locate. However, there was a miscommunication with the front desk and cleaning staff as they had been informed we had checked out prior to our leaving which was an awkward moment - hope it was just a mistake - otherwise a nice spot and not so far from nearby food runs."

"Great location with overnight parking nearby. Our 2bdrm unit was spacious and clean. The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to locate a special item I had inadvertently left behind. Recommend"

"It was great for our stopover as we wanted the proximity to the airport. Check-in was fast, check-out was fast, and we don’t have to leave the hotel for a meal after a long flight. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying there again."
