"Didn’t get a wake up call like I was told I would. Restaurant staff was rude. Had only two options available out of the full menu. Claimed the kitchen was closing even though it was an hour before the stated closing time.
Place itself was decent and fairly clean but had no cups, tv was old - hardly functional and no kitchen sink.
Interesting smell too.
Aircon made a loud sound all night."

"I hardly ever leave a 5 * review for a property that does not boast 5* accomodation. But this hotel and staff exceeded expectations. I was upgraded to a 1 bed apartment which was great. Early check in and later check out appreciated. Bed very comfy. Shower good water pressure and lots of hot water. Towels generous and fluffy. Nice shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. Plunger coffee! Location excellent for sky bus to and from airport as well as cbd and viaduct. Staff just lovely and...

"It is not the usual kind of hotel I would visit (last minute). The hotel was old, it was under renovation. The room was great. Clean and comfortable, there was nowhere to fill the jug with water in the room. The receptionist gave me ROTTEN Milk! But she was very friendly and very helpful."
