"The checking in staff was mediocre. After checking in. We went up to the pool, where it was a madhouse, kids jumping in dangerously, jumping in splashing in your face, and the lady sitting at the check-in desk didn’t say anything to any of them. When checking out the lady at the desk was blatantly ignoring me as I asked her three times if I could give her my room keys or should I put them in the express check out box. I will never stay here again plenty of other places on the boardwalk to stay...

"I tell you what I didn't like. I didn't like s couple of those bell hop guys. They act like they don't notice you there waiting to ask them s question and wouldn't look you in the eye just so you won't get that chance to ask them anything. The one guy that stands behind the desk to call for the bell guys to come take your cart of luggage up to your room. Ignorant, ignorant employees. Him and another one of those guys. Rude and ignorant. They were the two black guys. Ignorant. Even the way they...

"If only this property were at the boardwalk, then I would stay nowhere else. The layout is perfect, multiple pools, clean facilities wonderful staff. The only downside is there is nowhere to walk to"

"Our stay was pretty good . The property is currently being renovated so it was a little messy . The rooms are a little out dated , but you can tell they are updating them . But for the price and being so close to the beach it was worth it ."

"TV was not working due to signal problem, only one vending machine that was cash only and only stocked soda, area was very noisy (sirens, traffic, etc.), convenience store next to the hotel, a 7-11, closed at 10pm, someone pulled the fire alarm causing guests to leave their rooms until building was cleared by the fire department, homeless people and ladies of the evening frequented the area. Thankfully we were only staying for one night. Will definitely spend the extra money and stay at a casino...

"Didn’t really use the amenities but the balcony was an amazing touch. The rooms were cleaned, we were allowed to check-in early, breakfast was great and received a $15 credit per day for breakfast. Also the water in the lobby is amazing, it tastes like a spritzer."
