"Fantastic location being walkable to restaurants, cafes, all the gorgeous sights and the train station. We stayed in a ‘Deluxe room, with lakeside terrace’ - the room was spacious with a comfy bed, good sized bathroom with toiletries and plenty of storage in the bathroom. "Philippe was extremely helpful from the moment we stepped in. Knowledgeable and helpful with our questions. Hotel room was big and had a kitchen which was a nice surprise. Located easy walk from the train station and close to restaurants and the lake it was a great trip. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel but we did have a few issues while there. Our premium room was a decent size but there was no place to put our stuff. There was no closet, just a few hangers on a small 6” rod. There were no dressers or shelves so we couldn’t unpack anything. We are traveling for 5 weeks so we each have a full suitcase with us and no where to put them in our room. Also the air conditioner in our room was not working and being on the 4th floor under a slanted ceiling it...

"The apartment was well placed for walking into Annecy. It was clean and spacious enough for our needs. I did book a 4 person apartment which implied we had four separate beds which we needed. What we actually ended up with was a double, a single sofa and a pull out single trundle bed. It wasn’t ideal but we made it work. Small studio kitchen was well equipped.
