"A Hotel to Avoid This hotel was a complete disaster, with dirty rooms infested with ants and spider webs, a bathroom that reeked of a foul smell from the faucet, and a parking lot overrun with large rats. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful when I reported these issues, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of it."

"The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helped me with a reservation glitch. The beds were clean and comfortable along with a nice bathroom, en suite, including shampoo, soap, and hairdryer. Trains leave every 10 mins or so from the station that is a 10 min walk away.You can get an all day train ticket to use to and from Geneva and all transport in Geneva for about £12 for 24 hours , Excellent value. Also , its easy and cheap to get to the hotel from Geneva airport , costs about £5 if that. Train to Annecy is also a MUST ."
