"The beach staff were amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist setting up our lounge chairs that we reserved through their app. Staff always coming round to check if we needed drinks or food.
The housekeeping level of service was a bit disappointing. Had to call down a couple times just to get our room cleaned (late afternoon). Standard things not replaced (towels, bottles of water, coffee). Once we commented to lobby staff, efforts were made for improvement which was appreciated (but honestly...

"Excellent hotel, beautiful grounds and amenities, all restaurants were great, service was great (except one day when our room wasn’t cleaned by the time we returned at 4:30pm, so our garbages were very full and the coffee and cream wasn’t restocked). The spa was also very nice, albeit much more expensive than expected for similar properties. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Upon arrival, the staff was not welcoming or informative. They presented us with a map to look at without reviewing it. You kind of have to figure it out as you go to find restaurants.
All of the restaurants require reservation for dinner. Only restaurant open for dinner without reservation is the buffet that is located at the Divi Hotel.
When asking questions about how to obtain more pool towels or about transportation, we were answered with such attitude.

"There was a roach in the middle of the lobby bar. We originally booked the place and at the last minute they told us the palace was closed so they moved us to Antillas. The restaurants were always full and at capacity so had to eat the buffet every night."
