"I travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this resort was disappointing due to the consistently poor customer service. The biggest issue was the attitude and lack of helpfulness from several staff members throughout our stay. During multiple interactions, employees came across as rude, dismissive, and condescending rather than welcoming and solution-oriented. One example occurred at approximately 8:00 AM when I approached the concierge desk for assistance....

"There was a roach in the middle of the lobby bar. We originally booked the place and at the last minute they told us the palace was closed so they moved us to Antillas. The restaurants were always full and at capacity so had to eat the buffet every night."
