We were travelling with our dog so couldn’t eat breakfast in the main restaurant but we ate in the tavern instead which was lovely and quiet. "We recently stayed on the 5th floor, the journey to our room can only be described as likened to “walking the plank”. "The Pearle Oban is right in the heart of the city...beautiful view overlooking the water. Accessible to all sights by walking and plenty of restaurants in the area. I am not sure why there is no outlet in the bathrooms; it does make it difficult to blow dry your hair...lol The staff was fabulous; held our luggage for a day while we took an overnight trip to Isle of Mull. Great breakfast spread that was included. Loved our stay in Scotland!"

"Our stay at the Lodge was short. I wished it was longer. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were amazing. We had dinner in the dining room. It was delicious. Service was good. Wine was a bit pricey. Breakfast was included in our stay. We had choices of continental or hot menu. Before and after our stay I messaged the hotel and they were prompt in answering my questions."

"The best accommodations of our trip. We booked one of the carriage house units and it was incredible. We had our own private hot tub. There wasn’t a restaurant on site which we’re concerned about at first but the freezer was stocked with the most delicious prepared meals. The frig was full of local cheeses and meats, all included in the booking price. We were welcomed with a half bottle of champagne and there were so many other choices of wine, beer and alcohol to purchases if we wanted....
