"To loud the music all the time ,to many times people passed by to sales staff..by the beach no one is coming to clean ..the drinks by the beach pool the have no idea what the services..excellent service by buffet or restaurant very clean room.."

"Most everyone was friendly but several of them acting like they hated being there and were completely emotionless and even made you feel like you were putting them out by ordering. Especially the girl in the coffee shop. I heard several people discussing how rude she was to them, so it wasn’t just me. Would have been better with a few more activities planned for the week other than just Easter egg hunt. "

"St. James club is a very pretty property with a beautiful beach on a very calm bay which makes it ideal for families with young children and also people who want to try out the water sports available. The water sports are a big plus as are the staff members who are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is wonderful!"

"The property is fantastic with 4 beaches. The staff is great so nice and helpful. We had a beach front bungalow maybe 25 yards to the beautiful ocean. So the rooms are older but clean. No tv or microwave but the wifi works very well. The fridge was stocked daily we got beer and lots water. So the one bad thing for us the main dining area is a walk up a hill then maybe 25 steps. I have a bad hip my wife a bad foot and this will keep us from going back if you are looking for a smaller and...

"property and rooms, outdated but everything in working other. guests, older, lots of quiet retirement folk atmosphere , calm and quiet Staff, friendly and helpful Food, excellent Drinks, excellent not watered down Entertainment, lacking Beach, plenty of chairs, beautiful beach Overall, quiet, friendly, adequate resort, but not much going on at the resort. Not much to do around the resort. "

"We loved our stay at Cocos and would recommend this resort to anyone looking for an island get away. The wonderful, friendly staff made us feel welcome. The grounds, beaches, and views were stunning. The food was exceptional. Special shoutout to Mario, the lobby area bartender, who was such an amazing part of our trip. We would love to come back one day and stay here again! "

"Hammock Cove is an excellent property to vacation and relax. The ambassadors make sure you have everything you need to enjoy the stay. From arriving to checking out, everything was very pleasant. The waterfront villa's are an excellent choice with prime views of the ocean. The food was always great and staff is very accomadating. WIl definitely be visiting again!"

"I had an amazing time at Hodges Bay. From when I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Jaheim (I hope I got his name right). He offered me and my guest a beverage and a cool towel since it was very hot outside. We were then given a tour of the grounds by Javid and Jamar and then quickly taken to our rooms, allowing us to unwind and relax. "Our Villa was excellent and so was the property! We loved the spacious outdoor patio with great beach views and immediate access to the beach. Only small drawback was noticeable music from the nearby Sandals resort but at least it was finished by 9:30 pm (and this only occurred one or two evenings. We would definitely like to return again!
