"Clean room and courteous staff"

"location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. Scenery was beautiful, management was responsive and helpful. Parking is also scarce. I would book again as a 5:6:7th option for...

"I arrived around 6pm to find out I needed a code to get inside the room, I never receive that code from the property manager, I tried to contact the property but no luck, I had to deal with Expedia for 2 hrs in the phone to find me another place to stay which was 30 min drive from where I was, it is the property job to make sure their guest have that code before arriving. "

"Beautiful, clean & modern property with nice rooms, comfy beds, beautiful beaches, nice pools and amenities. My only complaint is that there were constant shortages of food and alcohol, in all bars and all restaurants on the property (example mojito ingredients were rarely available and desserts/mains not available on menus at speciality restaurants. I have addressed this issue with guest services for hopes of improvement."

"Staff was FANTASTIC!! Can’t say enough about how warm and friendly and hard working at least the staff I interacted with were . The resort is lovely if you aren’t looking for an extravagant amount of things to do and to just relax. They do however have excursions for additional fees. If you are looking to just lay on a beach, this is not the resort for you. The view is beautiful from a beachfront room however, you can’t go and walk on to it and lay nor go into the water. "This is an incredible property. The location is fantastic. Our room was phenomenal. We can’t say enough good things about the staff and how incredibly helpful and friendly they were.
