"We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. I was very impressed by the service from the staff, very friendly and helpful. We took the Diamond package, our butlers Dymond and Rodwin made the stay extra comfortable. Our beach butler Casford went out his was to ensure our beach days were comfortable and he brought the vibe. Over the property was lovely, clean and well kept. The food options we a bit limited, most specialty dining were closed and the ones that were opened has the same menu every night,...

"The most relaxing trip. Nothing to think about. Food is amazing & the entire staff is second to none on every level. The property & views are perfect. You will not be disappointed!"

"Upon check-in, we learned our "upgraded" room was on the ground floor. We booked a Deluxe Suite but were told it was a Deluxe Garden View Suite. The description mentions bay views and shows photos of the water, so this felt misleading. After complaining, we were moved to a second-floor room. The staff was accommodating, but I believe the original assignment was a mistake. The rooms were decent but had drawbacks. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows and blankets were thin. Both rooms had...

"Clean rooms and helpful staff."

"This was the most reflexing vacation my husband and I have ever been on. We were there off season and it still was amazing. I would go back again."

"The property seems dated but its well maintained. The staff is AMAZING. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL. There is a good variety of food....you won't go hungry no matter what time it is. It's a very large property but there's cart transportation thats always available. What can be improved? (1) There is no ATM on the property, we had to venture out to find one....scary (2) its an all-inclusive resort but you have to pay to have your in-room fridge stocked...why? (3) booking our scuba dive was...

"Omg when I say this resort makes you want to stay forever I mean that. Literally ALL THE STAFF were nice and helpful, food was so good, and views from our room was amazing! The resort was also super clean and I felt safe at all times! Would 100% go back when visiting Antigua. If I could give this resort more than 5 stars I would."

"Me and my wife went for her birthday they set up something for her birthday was beautiful. I appreciate everything. The staff did. They treat us like Kings and Queens and I will be back thank y’all for everything."

"VERY CLEAN! No elevators, but they have staff to take your luggage up to your room. The rum punch at the front desk was amazing. Overall, really nice stay. Would highly recommend."

"A bif difficult to get our room clean. We requested 2 cleanings for the week but they did not come the second time. I let housekeeping know she aaid we were not on the schedule. We were able to pick up towels. This was the only issue and the view sure made up for it."

"The place is beautiful. The breakfast at the restaurant was great. The front desk staff could be a little bit nicer."

"The service here is incredible. Top notch. The food incredible. Special touches. A beautiful spot to relax and get away from all. "
