"The rooms were nice. They seemed clean and well-maintained. My only complaint with the room was the mold on the bathroom ceiling that has obviously been painted over numerous times. There is no fan in the bathrooms, which would have been helpful as it got quite hot in there with the shower on (and would probably help with the mold issue). "The location is great and the building is incredibly clean, spacious, and well maintained. The size of a standard room is impressive and the gym is great!"

Visible lumpy mattress ... like it looked like kids were hiding in the bed. Asked about switching rooms but there were no other rooms available. I had an event to attend so i had to make it work. "Front desk staff was great - very friendly and helpful. I was a little frustrated by the free shuttle; I was coming in on the train and called about 5 minutes before I got to the train station to request the shuttle. I was told I had to call back when I got off the train. So I did and then had to wait 15-20 minutes for the shuttle to come get me. It would have been great if the shuttle had been dispatched when I called. Also would have been great if the driver hadn't been texting/on his phone...

"Our shower was hot, only the first time we showered. The next two, were borderline cool/cold which was TERRIBLE FOR US. Granted, everything else was fine but the cold showers really ruined it for us"

"The room was clean. The couches in the living room area had stains and rips. That was my only issue but not enough to damper the stay. Overall the stay was great and the staff was very accommodating."

"The biggest complaint is the smell in the hallways. They allow pets and we can surely smell it. They charge people $70 per day to bring pets so I hope they are using that money to properly clean the carpets instead of pocketing it out of greed. The breakfast was okay. The staff saw me struggling with two heavy suitcases and a book bag and just stared at me which I thought was weird. Stay somewhere else if you want to be in walking distance to the harbor or Fells Point."
