"The room was clean, but the hallways were pretty filthy. The carpet had a lot of stains and spills, and it definitely needed to be vacuumed. The bathroom shower curtain didn't close all the way, so the water from the shower got on the floor. The front desk staff person was very friendly and helpful. There was no parking at the end of the night, so I had to create my own parking spot. I was worried that I was going to get towed. Thankfully, my car was fine. "

"I didn’t know what to expect since I haven’t stayed at an hotel in a long time because I’ve been using resorts. I was impressed. Faciliy very clean, exception one (1) leaf. Only disappointed was 1 chair per room according to the front desk. The ad said that breakfast was included but to my dismay I was asked for a voucher, dark skinned lady said it didn’t come with room so will need to pay $21/person"

"Was there for an overnight conference. Did not have time to enjoy amenities. Restaurant was not open for lunch, but there was a snack bar area to purchase snacks, frozen meals, a pre made salads and sandwiches."

"The property welcomed pets, however, I didn’t need the service. It’s good to know when I return with my Grand-dog 🤗. It was a pleasure to stay at the Reserve on my visit home. I recently relocated from Baltimore in June. Hopefully the rates will stay competitive so I can make this my place of choice to stay when I return. See you soon."
