"We had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit, taking time to answer our questions and help us navigate local transport. A special surprise was being upgraded to a larger room, it was such a lovely gesture, especially as we were celebrating our 10-year anniversary (which the hotel didn’t know about!).
