"First the good points of this rustic studio cabin (basic unit) - quick access to Hwy 1 - open outdoorsy space with views - kitchen, bed, bath exist in some form of functionality Things I didn't like - bed crammed in corner trapping one person all night - old mattress leaves hips and sholders hurting. "Staff were helpful, the first room we got smelled like wet dog. We asked for and received a new room which was fine. Room cleaned every day, fresh towels, more coffee. Very clean! I would stay again!"

"What a great upscale hotel! It’s been recently refreshed and was very comfortable. With the added restaurant, you don’t even have to leave! Our shuttle driver was awesome!! Great airport hotel"

"We did not have a great experience. The property is under renovation, lot of construction material all over. The properties bear management protocol was lacking, doors left open on all buildings with garbages accessible. A bear actually got into the building where we were stating due to the doors being left open. Bear spray was used inside the building by the staff to scare bear away."

"Great stay for 6 ngt on Annv vacation. Stayed in king suite. Very roomy, bed comfortable, liked the balcony and fireplace. Room attendant did an amazing job every day!! Only and biggest complaint was terrible cheap coffee in the rooms with no coffee available in lobby either. Had to walk to coffee shop every morning. Thankfully I enjoyed cool air and walk, but always nice to enjoy a cup of coffee relaxing in the hotel room before starting the day!!"

"A beautiful clean hotel with really helpful friendly staff including reception desk, cleaners and the restaurant. The pool was a great addition as was the laundry room. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you ate visiting Lake Louise and the surrounding area and was a handy stop off between our trip from Calgary to Jasper"
