"Location, balcony, grotto looked neat even if we didn’t use it. Liked the cottage, artist loft feel to the place. My friends place in the other room there had dirty sheets, stains on the couch etc, and a front door that wouldn’t lock, but our room was fine."

"Clean rooms and very accomodating staff. We got the room with full kitchen and upped deck beds. They clean the room everyday as well. My kids (5 and 2y/o) had fun at the plauground outside and even just playing inside the room. Spacious enough for them to play."

"The beds were comfy, the rooms were well cleaned, and staff were helpful. The breakfast costs money, and the shower is one of those standing up showers. It Laundry also costs a minimum of $3 CAD. The stay was good though. The view was beautiful, with the mountains. Would recommend."

"Location is the only thing this resort has going for them. Buildings and rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. Room costs are exuberant compared to what you get in return. It was clean enough but the rooms are small and amenities are jut about non existent. Hot tub and pool are located in a different building, not even a lift in a three level building."

"Everything is just perfect, the sofabed my daughter described as the best ever lol..., full kitchen, bedding , bathroom ,Everything just clean and well organized, the café in the lobby offer variety of bakery selections and great probably the best coffee in town."

"I am torn for giving the Fairmont Banff Springs a 3-star rating, however I just couldn't get over the tiniest hotel bathroom I've ever seen at a luxury property nonetheless. I do have to say that the service at this property is outstanding. The Fairmont Gold experience is fantastic as was the amazing Gold Concierge, Oliver. When I checked in I was assigned an accessible room which I was disappointed with. The concierge on duty assured me they would try to find me another room starting the next...

"Good hot tub"

"Great location, close to the Roam bus stop, hot tub was awesome, restaurant served delicious meals. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The restaurant attached to the hotel was handy, great breakfast menu but dinner menu was not really to my liking. Only 2 floors so there wasn’t so many people around and the mountain view is always spectacular. We were on the main floor with a patio door that led outside to a piece of grass. There should be chairs and a patio to sit on so you could stay outside. Bed was good, pillow selection was good and the room was clean."
