"The room was not luxurious, but it was perfect for a one night stay… clean, had all the amenities you would need, the bed was very comfortable. The location of hotel is great… Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful."

"This is a perfectly serviceable airport hotel, one of two major ones very near the Bilbao airport. Fairly basic compared to a "fancy" hotel in the city, and (like 99% of European hotels) lacking washcloths. But, comfy beds, quiet rooms, an excellent breakfast spread, a decent bar, and really a short ride to the city. What's not to love? The airport shuttle starts at 5 a.m. and has limited capacity. But, the staff is well aware of the early morning flight schedule to get everyone there in plenty of time. It's like an 8-minute roundtrip from hotel to terminal. 😎"

"Reception staff were excellent, Roger in particular was very helpful and knowledgeable. We chose not to have the breakfast but it looked very nice. The spa facilities and the roof top pool area were a really great added bonus. "
