"This place and our room has good views of the volcano. The hot springs were a nice touch to relax at the end of the day. "Rainforest Villa was amazing very clean, staff was awesome at all times, chefs were great, enough options for dinner in the resort as well as amenities where you dont have to leave the resort make sure to eat at la terazza as chef John is awesome. "This hotel was absolutely fantastic, one of the best I have ever been too. The room was beautiful, exactly as pictured. We loved not just the in deck hot tub, but the pools as well and the 98 degree pool bar. Pools are open 24 hours and are very warm, so even in the rain it was amazing. The chocolate cake at the bakery was sublime. The staff was absolutely fantastic. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an absolutely 5* experience."

"Great apartment, very clean with nice size and layout. Excellent location with a lot of dining and grocery shopping options. Close to many high end hot spring resorts. The onsite laundry facility is a big plus. The host Alvaro is awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful stay for three days. The only caveat is the noise that rain drops hitting on the plastic cover that leads to the second floor. Other than that our stay was perfect! "

"This is a beautiful property with impeccable service and amazing views of the volcano. Our family suite was very large with an instagram worthy view of the volcano from our balcony. The grounds are beautiful- the trees, flowers, water features, just gorgeous. A good sized pool and several hot springs are part of the property. "Room was clean, had a safe, pool was a good size, breakfast included was good and the free entrance to the hot springs at their sister hotel Volcano Lodge was a nice plus. Front desk and breakfast staff were quite lovely, we enjoyed our stay. I'm a light sleeper so I was awaken when someone was checking out around 6am but my room was next to the entrance so theres that! We would stay again :) close proximity to everything was great."
