"Ocean view was great, breakfast was very worth the stay. Did find blood smeared on the walls near the bathroom and in the bathroom. The lock to the balcony was broke. Our first night, which was Saturday night was very loud. The live music was a terrible punk band that was just screaming and pounding drums. The bar music was not something everyone would want to hear in their room until all hours of the nights. After a long day having fun, would’ve been nice to get some rest and my daughter was...

"Honestly, we felt manipulated. We chose to stay here for the waterpark in which we found out after checking in that it is seperate and not apart of the hotel and tickets had to be bought. This was not that clear to us when we paid for the room we had. We would have definitely stayed somewhere elsefor the cost. Could have stayed where we were. Other than that the staff was very friendly and the room was spacious. "

"This property has so much potential as it is super close to the beach but during our stay we constantly requested to have our room cleaned and never did. We actually went to the cleaning staff and asked for sheets so we could change them ourselves. On the last day, we asked one more time for our room and bathroom to be cleaned, she made the bed with the same sheets and put new toilet tissue but did not clean the restroom or even mop and sweep the floor. It was super disappointing. We would ask...

"This hotel was a disgrace I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Right after checking in we were told that the elevators weren’t working and that we would have to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs and no one offered to even help. We had to take the stairs our entire weekend stay!"

"Bug in shower. Dirty baseboards. Bed is hard as a rock. No conditioner in shower. Only one washcloth for 3 people. Broken coffee maker. All remedies in about 15 minutes but aggravating none the less. Landline phone did not work so that is a safety issue in a hotel. Would not stay here again. "
