"A refresh is needed. Movenpick is one of my favourite hotels in Madinah for various reasons. My room however was run down. Cupboard and drawer doors were falling off their hinges. Temperature control in the shower was broken (unfixed even after complaining). Housekeeping didn't bother to change sheets or vacuum floor (5 day stay so it was a consistent pattern). "

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"Extremely disappointing experience – avoid this hotel This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I booked four rooms and paid over $5,000. Unfortunately, I later realised that I had made an omission regarding the booking dates. I tried contacting the hotel repeatedly, calling every morning and evening to explain the situation and ask for assistance. "The room were clean, but they have a bad drain system as the bathroom smelled like sewage. Still I give them a 5 star because they allowed us to check out late. We only stay for two nights before our trip to Makkah. Going to from the Masjid was an easy process with their shuttle. The breakfast was simple, but good. For a quick two nights, I would choose it again. The last porter we met Shahin Alam was truly a gem and is the ultimate reason I am leaving a 5 stars, thank you for your help!"
