"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"A refresh is needed. Movenpick is one of my favourite hotels in Madinah for various reasons. My room however was run down. Cupboard and drawer doors were falling off their hinges. Temperature control in the shower was broken (unfixed even after complaining). Housekeeping didn't bother to change sheets or vacuum floor (5 day stay so it was a consistent pattern). "

"Wonderful stay with my family, very close to Haram and very clean and new looking hotel. Decorated with beautiful flowers all over with such a nice smell throughout the property. Room was very spacious and the staff was excellent . Highly recommended."

"Brilliant location especially for females. Right outside gate 338 which leads to the women’s entrance. Rawdah is a short walk to the left of gate 338. The room was super tight though and barely any space to walk or open the suitcases. But given most people spend time in masjid more and the extremely close location, this is acceptable. The included continental breakfast was a lifesaver. One day was decent. The other day was super tasty. Lots of options including local food and typical English...

"The room were clean, but they have a bad drain system as the bathroom smelled like sewage. Still I give them a 5 star because they allowed us to check out late. We only stay for two nights before our trip to Makkah. Going to from the Masjid was an easy process with their shuttle. The breakfast was simple, but good. For a quick two nights, I would choose it again. The last porter we met Shahin Alam was truly a gem and is the ultimate reason I am leaving a 5 stars, thank you for your help!"

"Excellent service from start to finish. With thanks to concierge Zafran and to all the amazing staff whose names I can't remember. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, breakfast buffet was excellent, lifts were efficient. Well located, close to Raudhah. Really good price point and over delivered. "
