"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"I stayed in Madinah for 14 days and the stay was amazing. There were 6 of us in total, and the room I booked was huge enough to accommodate all of our stuffs. Convenience stores are a lot and extremely nearby, same goes for restaurants. You can choose to walk (15-20 minutes) or take a taxi/uber (5-10 minutes) to Masjid Nabawi. The hotel staffs are friendly, understand english, and accommodate your needs throughout the stay. Overall, I am truly satisfied with it and recommend it, especially for those who want to do DIY umrah."
