"Stayed here on consecutive weeks. Last week I called the front desk to request water. Those water bottles were never delivered. I ended walking to the ADNOC next door and buying water. Last night called and requested water, an hour or so later I had to call and remind them. I like the hotel but these are pretty simple tasks"

"Excellent property and Location. Breakfast Service needs improvement. Lobby Coffee shop is very slow. Staff in general needs to be more customer oriented. Will stay again and recommend."
