"A neat hotel but by no means it should be considered “Luxurious” as they advertise. Food was very average and the property is alcohol free so couldn’t have a glass of wine with our meal. Not a place we would go back to even though the staff were very good. "

The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I expected. The housekeeping team did an excellent job I will definitely stay here again. "I booked and confirmed a suite by phone, but when I arrived, they had given it to someone else. They offered me a “dirty” room instead, which was unacceptable. The bathroom had a leak from the bidet, the towels were very old, and when I asked for face towels, they left them on the floor outside the door! There were no large towels for the shower, and the shower was dirty. Totally unprofessional and disappointing — I paid for a suite and got a dirty, poorly maintained room. Not recommended at all."

"This is an excellent hotel with exceptional staff particularly in the restaurants. I stayed for nine nights (for work) and ate in the hotel most nights but the terrific buffet had so many options it never got dull. The breakfast is wonderful and the pool was lovely. I will definitely stay here again."
