Very good room and facilities The buffet breakfast was great and good value and attentive staff. I had a problem losing my phone and i cannot thank the young man on reception who was off shift when i booked out for the very caring way i was given assistance. A wonderful stay.

The room was nice and clean. It has a small indoor pool area, coffee shop/ restaurant onsite. There are several restaurants nearby within walking distance. I felt safe in this area as a woman traveller.

3 star only. Hotel room looks old and worn out. Showers good. Ok for 1 night stay. Close to Abu Dhabi Mall. Restaurant for dinner in hotel was delicious buffet.

A good stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Abu Dhabi. The staff are all very helpful and hardworking. I didnt have a lot of time in Abu Dhabi but the hotel is close to bus stops and has a shuttle system for going to places of interest. I had a good stay and was happy with my room and stay and would stay here again.

Conveniently located, staff couldn’t be more helpful and are a credit to Ramada. The room I was in had seen better days, a bit shabby and had several maintenance issues (toilet seat loose/broken, toilet flush stuck on, bedside lamp not working etc) all were relatively trivial so not worth the effort of reporting to staff, who I have no doubt would’ve taken care of them, but could have been better. Overall a decent budget hotel well located with extremely friendly staff.

Albeit a clean room, it was missing some amenities. Like a second glass in the bathroom and also a second hand towel. But as we stayed only one night, it was not a big issue. Also noise from corridor/ adjoining room (we had a connecting door) kept us awake almost an hour would have contacted reception if that would have continued longer. Hotel has a nice location; only 7min from the Abu Dhabi Mall

I would like to share my thoughts about the hotel and the staff at Ramada Abu Dhabi Downtown, where I have stayed five times now. During my first stay, I was extremely unhappy due to the smell of smoke occasionally reaching the non-smoking rooms, which gave me a severe headache. However, I loved the location, so I decided to return. I have been quite impressed with the staff I encountered during my second visit and subsequent stays. They went above and beyond to address my concerns. I have a strong appreciation for this country and city, and I particularly enjoy the hotel’s location as well as the incredible manager and staff. Now, they truly feel like family when I visit. The hospitality here is exceptional, and everyone on the team is extremely friendly. I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Shehab, Mr. Abhinov, Mr. Trojan, Mr. Ajimon, Mr. Nuzair, and Mr. Kamal for their outstanding service.

I want to be fare here the hotel is good. I booked it because it supposed to honor gold vip status They didn’t even bother looking at this so why even advertise accepting vip status in your hotel. There is an issue with water mixer in the room you have two choice or burning water or cold water. When the AC compressor is off you get mold smell of the ducts i bet never ever cleaned and moldy due to high humidity. The hotwl is clean staff are not rude but not super friendly at the same time poker face. All of them even doorman. I paid way extra than other hotel i stayed in and it wasnt worth it.
