Descanso Hotels with Swimming Pool

"The carpet and furniture were rather worn. Hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast was a disappointment mainly because one day no orange juice, one day no coffee, most food was gone on the first hour."

"The bed was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was adequate. The room included a small kitchen with a large refrigerator, which was convenient, but unlike many other hotels, no complimentary bottled water was provided. Breakfast was very basic and only served from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m., which I nearly missed since I was on vacation rather than a business trip. I booked the room through Expedia and wasn’t aware that the hotel charges for parking. Fortunately, we only stayed one night. Overall, I would rate this stay three stars and would likely choose a different hotel on my next visit to San Diego."

"Breakfast is a simple cereal,cooked waffles or some coffee/juice. The staff was 100% friendly especially the older guy who helped me check in at night but the property was bad, our fridge was leaking and when we used the shower the water was coming out the sides. "
